We’re inviting you to a seat at our table.

Join us for a night of food and drink while the moon shines down over Lake Michigan.

Each dinner will be centered on seasonal and locally sourced cuisine and coincide with full moons throughout the summer and autumn. We will dine on a walnut table with floral design by @windflowerdesignco. From our spacious lawn, the dinners will include the full panoramic experience of sunset, stargazing, and, of course, the full moon, celebrating Lake Michigan and all of its beauty.

West Michigan’s unique microclimate and a rich heritage of farming come together to create one of the most diverse agricultural regions in the country. Inspired by the variety and abundance of local products and in collaboration with Summertime Market, we dreamed up a way to craft the best of West Michigan into a culinary experience that highlights what we love about the place we call home.

Centered around Lake Michigan’s fresh fish, The Sturgeon Moon Dinner represents abundance,  endurance, and resilience with rich flavors. This is an evening to savor the commitment and tradition of fishing in the Great Lakes.

Harvest Moon Dinner Sunday, September 7, 2025 | 6:30 pm  SOLD OUT
The Harvest Moon, a symbol of gratitude and reflection, takes center stage in this feast. Along with live music, guests will indulge in a savory menu showcasing the very best of Michigan’s fall livestock and produce harvest.

Hunter’s Moon Dinner Monday, October 6, 2025 | 6:00 pm SOLD OUT
The series concludes with the bold and dramatic Hunter’s Moon Dinner. The concept will be a “walking dinner” with courses served at various locations on the property, reflecting their place in nature. Featuring the flavors of fall ingredients and in-season game, this dinner will be a decadent and comforting meal.

How to attend

Here are the details for how you can join us for this new experience during the 2025 Season.

  • Each dinner costs $225 (+18% Gratuity) with the option of purchasing a wine ticket at the dinner

  • Dinner reservations will open on April 1st through our website

  • Seating is limited to 24 guests at each dinner

  • A room reservation is required to attend the dinners

  • Your room reservation will be secured once we receive your dinner reservation

  • Our three night minimum still applies

Dinner Reservations will be confirmed by phone in the order they are received. At that time we will take and confirm your room reservation (3 night minimum required). If a dinner sells out we will offer you a spot at one of the other dinners.
