Operations Manager
Operations Manager is a hands-on management position responsible for day to day operations, ensuring quality standards are met and an exceptional guest experience. Duties include: hiring, training and supervising staff, maintaining employee records, scheduling, ordering supplies, updating operating procedures, and enforcing employee policies.

Kitchen manager
This position is responsible for our food and beverage department including the coffee bar, breakfast offering and snack menu. Duties include: placing orders, vendor relationships, maintaining a clean kitchen, ensuring food quality, preparing food, compliance with health and safety regulations.

Housekeeping Supervisor 
The Housekeeping Supervisor position is responsible for training and inspecting the work of other housekeepers, laundry and inventory management, fulfilling special requests for guests as assigned, as well as participating in room cleaning when needed. Must maintain a positive attitude and promote a harmonious work environment.

Front Desk/Receptionist
The Front Desk Host position is responsible for taking reservations, checking in guests and serving as a concierge for guests during their stay making them feel welcome and comfortable. Also responsible for office organization, using an office computer system, and following through on tasks requiring detail and accuracy.

Pool Attendant 
The Pool Attendant position is responsible for maintaining appearance of resort pool area, decks, and lake access. Tasks include: cleaning pool, sweeping pool deck, wiping and moving furniture, watering plants, removing trash, and other tasks assigned.

Breakfast Attendant/ Barista
The Breakfast Attendant/Barista position is responsible for attending to our continental breakfast room,
7:30 am to 11:30. Tasks may include: making coffee, organizing and stocking breakfast items, waiting on guests, cleaning breakfast room and equipment. Looking for friendly and responsible candidates.

Janitorial Cleaning (outdoor/indoor)
The Janitorial Cleaning position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor spaces and furniture. Operate tile floor scrubber. Empty trash receptacles. Additional cleaning and light maintenance as assigned.

Groundskeeper and Maintenance
The Groundskeeper and Maintenance position is responsible for preserving the highest standard of appearance, inside and outside the resort facility. Tasks include landscaping, lawn care, pool cleaning, moving furniture, picking up trash, watering plants, etc.

Housekeeping Room Attendant 
The Housekeeping Attendant position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Including: vacuuming and cleaning tile floors, making beds, sanitizing and cleaning bathrooms, dusting and sanitizing all surfaces, dusting and polishing all furniture, washing windows, doors, and walls. Previous cleaning experience is required.
